Job Responsibility

Plan and Implement production of Carbonated and Milk Product
Prepare report, analyze data and make recommendation for variances
Ensure production practices conform with GMP, HACCP an other requirements of food safety standard
Manage production costs
Ensure production process alway leads to optimum yield
Reduce material wate to the barest minimum
Comply with HSE standards within the plant
Familiarity with production equipment and machine
Carryout physical quality checks on the line
Oversee repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
Qualification/Knowledge/Experience

HND/BSc degree in Electrical/Mechnical Engineering/Food Technology or related discipline
5+years experience in Food Manufacturing Company
Experience in Carbonated and Milk production will be added advantage
Extensive palnt level experience with significant proven man management experience
Understanding of Advance Product Quality Planning, Lean Manufacturing
Key Skill and Experience Required

Excellent managerial and leadship skills
Ability to analyze and interpret result
Excellent organisational, prioritization and follow up skills
Effecive interpersonal and written communication skills
