I'm looking to hire a proactive, personable individual (either male or female) for a role in either Customer Service or Operations.
This position will be based in the company's Lekki Phase 1 office so shortlisting will also considered based on proximity as lateness to work is non-negotiable.

Role Description/Requirement:
This position requires a background experience in customer service, call center and/or office management of at least, 2 years.
A university degree or its equivalent is required (exceptions will be made for excellent candidates)
Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Demonstrated proficiency in Google Suites and Microsoft Office tools is essential.
Ability to work in a team and take ownership will be an added advantage.
Candidate must be well-groomed and confident in dealing with the company's customers and vendors.
Good presentation and report writing is required.
