Who Is To Blame: The System Or The Opportunists by Connoisseur(m): 8:45pm On Aug 21, 2019 |
Somewhere in Lagos, Nigeria. A Visa Application Centre. Appointment system has been abolished, everyone is attended to according to when they arrived at the VAC. You arrived at 6:30 am and collects a tally of 30 on the queue. As the official hours resumes, you discover the first 20 people on the queue are selling their slots for peeps who arrived after 7:30. The VAC resumes at 9:00am, by then you discover you are still no. 30 but behind people who came after 8 am. Do you have a right to complain? Have your rights been infringed in any form? Share your thoughts as the guy who came at 6:30. Also as the guy who came after 8am. Is there a neutral point of view? Who would you blame if you feel cheated on? |

You have been cheated but can you prove it to the VAC officials?? The point is, in every system there is always a loophole. They exploited the loop hole so, technically speaking, you were not cheated. |
