Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description:
Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all branch operations, including staff hiring, training, and supervision
They come up with appropriate strategies to increase productivity and performance levels in order to achieve the branch's financial targets
Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank's objectives
Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel.
