This stupid pop up keep showing after each calls. I have tried disabling pops up on my Google Chrome, turn off and on my phone, still I am still getting the messages. Please help to stop this annoying ads..

From what I can see here this is not a chrome ad but a system integrated ad.
And from your status bar I can see you have a Samsung device. Am I right? Was this happening before? When you first noticed it, did you install any new app? |

If you are using truecaller app, try uninstalling it and use the phone call app. |

If by pop up you mean ads that means you are not using the system calling app. Most app developers put ads in their apps to monetize it. The only way to stop seeing the ads is -Turn off internet connection when you want to make a call -Purchase the pro version of the app |
