IHEDIOHA DENIES SPENDING N2.8B ON SANITATION - Says, Okorocha Stole Over 1 Trillion Naira From Imo Imo State Governor, Chief Emeka Ihedioha has denied using a whopping N2.8b on monthly sanitation, as alleged by former Governor Rochas Okorocha, describing the allegation as baseless and unfounded.
