PRODUCTION PERSONNEL

Key qualifications include:
• Qualifications in production of Water, beverages and in related field
• 2 years of production and factory floor experience within water producing factory
• Prior experience in the consumer products industry or food and beverage with familiarity with quality and hygiene regulation desired
• Able to carry out Autonomous operations, cleaning and maintenance on machines.
• able to operate and control the process according to SOP’s
• Monitor and Control utilities production processes in the E&F plant on shift
• Interpret and implement production plan for shift.
• Operate utilities machines and equipment according to work instructions and adhere to safe working practices at all times
• Knowledge and exposure to TPM, Six Sigma, and various problem solving methodologies is an advantage
• Membership of Nigeria Institute of Food Science and Technology will be an advantage.


BIO CHEMIST

Key qualifications include:
• BSc. Biochemistry or related field with minimum 3years experience in water production
• Able to analyze water in purification plant to control chemical processes
• Able analyze samples of filtered water to ensure that quantities of solids left in suspension are below prescribed limits.
• Able to determines amounts of liquid chlorine to be used in chlorinators to destroy microbes and other harmful organisms
• Able to determine kinds and amounts of chemicals to be used in removing minerals, acids, salts, and other inorganic compounds from water to soften it.
• Expert experience on how to tests samples extracted from various points in distribution system, such as mains, tanks, pumps, and outlets, to discover possible sources of water contamination.
* Membership of Nigeria Institute of Food Science and Technology will be an advantage.


LAB TEST TECHNICIANS

• OND or equivalent in lab science, biology, chemistry or related field
• 2 years relevant experience in similar role
• Competence in conducting and supporting scientific investigations and experiments
• Competence in planning, setting up and undertaking controlled experiments and trials
• Able to record and analyze data and demonstrate procedures
• Competence in collecting, preparing and/or testing samples
• maintaining, calibrating, cleaning and testing sterility of the equipment



CONSULTANT IN WATER PRODUCTION

Should be able to give expert advice on:
• Industrial Borehole drilling and Networking and plumbing
• Water Treatment
• Water production Factory installation
• Products & Development Registration (NAFDAC) and other bodies
• Maintenance & Production Equipment,
• Staff requirement and Recruitment
• Relevant 6 years working experience in water/ drink production consulting
