The peg down estimate is 35m for the cacas/ part of the finishing.

Do you do smaller projects? I would like to have a small house built as soon as possible in Lagos: 2 bedroom, 1 bathrom either 42 square meters or 56 square meters at maximum and a shed of 7 feet x 4 feet. These two structures may share a roof and be separated by a carport. Please advise. Thank you.

Cost depends on the location and nature of the land, but we peg down 35m for the carcass of this project.
The finishing is based on the client choice and budget.

To me no project is small, so we handle any size of project so far money is involved.
We can build the structure in short time for you as you wish.
But I need to know the total square meter area of the land.
