Serena Williams has already started prepations for the 2019 US Open after its draw was announced earlier this week, MySportDab reports. Serena took a lighter approach to her preparations for the US Open with a cartwheel over her sister Venus. The six-time champion at Flushing Meadows demonstrated her athleticism during a gym session in sexy wears with her sibling and other members of the team. Posting the clip on Instagram, she added the caption: 'Flipping into the Open'. Taking a run up from behind the camera, Williams gracefully lands her hands either side of Venus, before finishing with a flourish. The younger Williams sister will face long-time rival Maria Sharapova in the first round of this year's tournament, which starts on August 26. There is no love lost between the pair after several fiery on-court clashes, particularly at Wimbledon 2004 final, although Williams holds a 19-2 record in matches. Williams will also be returning to the tournament a year after her controversial loss to Naomi Osaka in the final.
