1)Do not move the victim unless they are in danger
2)Remove any object around them which may cause harm(Clear the area)
3)Do not restrain their movements(Protect their heads

After the seizure
1)Monitor their breathing
2)Place them in a recovery position
3)Call the emergency services and stay with them until they recover
