Every recruitment process is supposed to seperate d wheat from d chaff. Its supposed to seperate d qualified from d unqualified so that d best get d jobs. Not in d police force. I sincerely doubt if they train those people there. There are no standards. Anyone in Nigeria can b a policeman. It doesn't matter ur attitude or mindset. In fact, ur mindset is orientated with crap upon joining d police. In a way, our police arent a reflection of our society. D Nigerian society is way holier than d police
