Nigerians are grossly naive and very low in discerning truths from lies. Rather than consider all available facts in the public domain around the P&ID scam, they rather rushed to align with the same Cabal's position of blaming Jonathan for the recent ridiculous UK court ruling.

What many of you don't know is that the cabal that drew up the contract with P&ID with a forged Yar'adua signature are the same ones who got Buhari not to pay the out of court settlement reached between Jonathan and P&ID.

Why would they do this? Because they knew that they could get a ruling from the UK compelling Nigeria to pay the money!

Let's consider some salient facts...

1. The fraudulent contract was allegedly signed by Yar'adua when he was in a hospice in Saudi Arabia

2. The contract was drawn out by the then Minister of Petroluem, Rilwani Lukman

3. The details of the contract showed that Nigeria would have lost huge amount of money as the contract was drawn with oil price at $100 bpd for the next 20yrs!

4. P&ID or PAID (how ironic!) was and is an obscure Irish firm with virtually no experience what so ever in the Oil and gas industry.

5. The deal was drafted by northern cabal elements in the Yar'adua govt towards ensuring their stake hold in the emerging LNG market for the next 20yrs and beyond! This was hurriedly put together with the help of British politicians and financiers, when they saw that they will soon be out of govt.

6. With GEJ emerging as President, he reviewed the contract and saw that it was a massive scam.

7. GEJ cancelled the contract and P&ID aka northern cabal went to Court.

8. GEJ will agree to an out of court settlement purely out of political considerations knowing the individuals he was dealing with would have created more problems for him and Nigeria at large with their Boko Haram Militia.

9. Like Pontius Pilate, GEJ washed his hands from the payment of the agreed compensation and handed it to the incoming Buhari administration.

10. The cabal being back to power will urge Buhari to go to court knowing they will be able to secure a corrupt ruling from a British court with their allied British partners in govt.

11. The whole wailing by the Buhari govt over the judgement is nothing but Croc tears as this is what they wanted in the first place. From 850million they now have $9bn loot to draw from.

12. All of you blaming GEJ or thinking Buhari govt messed up don't know for a fact that all we are seeing is a high level orchestrated heist perpetuated by northern elements to fleece Nigeria dry!

The contract would have been reworked to have them have a vice grip on the emerging gas sector but fear of insecurity and breakup of Nigeria made them restart the court case so as to get payment upfront.

Even if Nigeria breaks up today, these northern elements will still control the oil Wells in the Delta with the arrangements they've put in place.

Each time I come here to rate low, the choice of a northerner as president by Nigerians, I always come under fire by myopic bigots This case is another proof.

In a sane society, the following people and/or their family should be presecuted with immediate effect.

1- Sanusi Lamido, the then Governor of CBN and now emir of kano and a fulaniman

2- Rilwan Lukman( late) a fulani man and the then petroleum resources minister

3- Mansur Muktar, another fulani man and the then finance minister

4- Andoakaa, the only non-fulaniman and the then AGF/MOJ

5- Malami, the current AGF/MOJ and a fulaniman

6- Due to immunity clause enjoyed by the president, his prosecution should be delayed until 2023. This is the largest fraud and punishment our country had experienced since Independence.

Obj came, our debt was forgiven and written off and another leader came caused us another huge debt.
