Lagos is not Nigeria.
10km road in Lagos cannot be compared to 1000km road.
This govt should create proper entertainment spots of our highways not all those Booker/Joints. 24/7 street light for Lagos- Ore-benin. Onitsha -Owerri. Kaduna-Abuja.

Or at least install light Reflectors on these roads. This will cost less than N1b and save lives and increase commercial activity.
