Very sharp car ....they only thing that requires fixing is the steering pump. Only serious buyer should call 08062593234 . No time waster pls. The owner is upgrading that's the only reason he is selling it.

Won't it make more sense if the seller fixes the pump and sells as "no known faults"?

Besides, the amount of discount a potential buyer would demand on account of this fault would be more than the amount to fix and sell higher.

Thank you for your advice.but most car owners just wanna sell their car the way it is...in that case all I do is to state any thing that requires fixing. ...the last time I checked power steering pump is not more than 15k with hand work 20k worst case scenario. Removing 20k from the target won't be too much.
