Xenophobia starts at home. If Nigerians do not value the lives of fellow Nigerians, do not expect anyone else to value the lives of Nigerians. We can scream from here to Zango Kataf; for as long as we continue to slaughter ourselves like fowl, other people will treat us the same way. If the life of the average Nigerian was worth more than a pine box coffin, we would not be the ridicule of any nation. We can loot shop-rite but cannot lead a protest to the national assembly.
