Please guys I need advice in monitoring my Barbing salon business. The thing is I cannot be there 24hours and the guy working for me might just make 10k and tell me its 5k since I'm not there 24hours with him and I will still pay him. Pls guys who have done this before can give me ideas to monitor this work.
I'm thinking of security camera that's not expensive that I can get that will record the whole day activities and when I got there to close for him I can review how many people he work on and know the amount he suppose the deliver for that day. Don't know if I can get that kind of security camera.
Any advice will be surely helpful

1. Get a trustworthy receptionist for 5k.

OR.

2. Stay at the shop for 2 months to observe average income.

CCTV is good if you have the money but might be time consuming if you have to check every day.

i have a mini bulb camera for your need.. u can even install it there without him knowing just that u need a mifi in the shop.. u can monitor the activities on the phone or view via memory card 08051355133

Just install a non working camera in the shop and let him know you have a camera installed, make sure the camera is wired thru the ceiling just for camouflage, walai the guy go dey pay ur complete money, he go even dey tell u how the day activities went self.
