how can a sensible person pick a gun and shoot himself on the chest

Scotland is in UK, and Catalonia is in Spain a strong member of EU, is Nigeria a member of EU

The mistake they make is to compare the way the EU or the West relate to the UK and Spain with the way they relate to and view Nigeria! What they would be bold to do with Nigeria isn't what they can do with the UK or Spain who are part of them! It's just like saying the US would relate with and deal with Russia or Northern Korea the same way they would do with say Libya or Syria!

Besides, if Biafra had even half of the freedom, independence and control of their resources and destiny the way Catalonia and Scotland have, i can assure you there would be no issue of IPOB, Biafra or secession in Nigeria today!

Some bastards want to hold Igbos down and yet expect to have a peaceful, united and developing 'one Nigeria'! It will be a cold day in hell!

As crude as NK approach sounds sometimes, he's getting global attention.

I support his crudeness if that will get things moving! Nigeria doesn't react if you're meek, apologetic and quiet as a mouse! After we get our freedom then we can apologise to sensitive souls whose feelings were hurt by Mazi Kanus' words!

Nigeria want Mazi Kanu and IPOB not to be 'crude' but 'refined' like MASSOB so they can go to bed and sleep well...not worrying about any threat to the corporate existence of their 'one Nigeria'!

yes for now the west dont want war in nigeria for the reason u mentiones.
But here are the dynamics,
The current insecurity in nigeria is a precursor to a bigger battle ahead. How will it happen? The bandits the north is pampering now will grow out of control...guess where they will be heading? South and middle belt. Infact they are already here. And guess wat will happen soon? Southern state govs will start creating and arming 'forest guards'. Guess wat will happen? Soon the southern govs themselves will lose control of their own group too.

As all these are happening and nigerian military are running helter skelter, a political misstep will lead to mass protests which would spread easily all over the country. Thats when seperatism would be at an all time high. With cross trading of blames across regions.

Once the conflict starts, it doesnt even need to be us or eu that will support biafra or wateva else secessionists out there. It could just be lowkey countries like south africa and ghana...or even china

I give it to you bro, your analysis is top notch!! Everything you said is absolutely correct. Nigeria will will definitely implode in no distant time going by the indices. Anybody who is discerning enough can see that Nigeria is already dead as a nation. What we have now is a carcass the politicians are feeding on. Some will argue that Nigeria has always had it tough and survived, that Nigeria is the proverbial cat with nine lives but little did they know that all these crises we kept having from 1966 till date were all tearing at its fabrics now the tattered remains is about to fall off.

We Igbos should be preparing for life beyond Nigeria, the country is headed for the rocks!!
