This incidence happened few hours ago behind National theatre Iganmu, just a stone throw from Costain/eko bridge Lagos. The guy snatched a phone from an innocent passers-by who raised alarm and was immediately rushed by bikemen. The alarm attracted many people and the suspect on hearing what was about to befall him jumped into canal to resist attack. Funny enough, angry mob followed him up until he was fished out of the dirty canal and was about to be taken for jungle justice before men of SARS intercepted the process.
