Are there any architects on this site, who are familiar with building restrictions in banana Island. I have a 2400sqm land, and I wish to build either:
1. A block of 12 flats
or
2 rows of 3 town houses = 6 houses.

Building in Banana Island depends on the type of restrictions on your C of O. Generally, there are two types of developments commercial and residential. Most of the residential p[lots allow you to build no nore tahn 2 single family dwellings. That is a 2 semidetached houses or 2 detatched houses. Commercial plots on the other hand may allow you build multiple family dwellings but subject to approval of the Local Planningf Authority. For example: There is a development in the area recently completed which has 6 semi detached houses on about 200m2. I guess it depends on what kind of plot you have.
