The world Igbo Congress WIC after the meeting in Houston have recommended that the Igbos should be emancipated globally and meeting with the world powers and UN should be convened and help discuss the independence of Biafra as a Sovereign State. Already The Belgian Parliament has invited Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for talks and the agitations of Ndigbo and IPOB, WIC goes further with more talks on the same issue.
