Please can someone explain the following terms to me. I have been doing all the multiplication and addition but doesn't get the exact values as stated. Also what's the meaning of "Annual One-Off".

is this a mortgage or rental plan?

It's suppose to be a Mortgage, DIS GUY. But i don't know what they mean by their figures. Why is the N150,000 fixed and when multiplied by the number of years you never get the N18M. Pls help.

The schedule is showing you what you would pay monthly i.e. N150,000.

Or n1.87m if you opted to pay the whole year's mortgage in one payment (one off). As you can see, they make it slightly cheaper if you can afford to pay your mortage once a year rather than monthly.

Thanks Grouppoints, the problem is, if I multiply 150,000 by 12 (i.e a year) and multiply with 9 it does not equals the total consideration of N18M. The same also apply to other years. Why is it so?

it comes up to 18m for the 10year plan

for the rest im thinking you wil have to pay a deposit or maybe other charges 

call them up and stop giving your self headache lol

Why are you multiplying by 9? Why not multiply by 10.
Isnt it a 10 yr mortgage plan?
