Each time I stand to look at the mirror, I see a reflection of who I am and also make adjustments of who I want to see and how I want people to see me by changing anything I don't like as I behold myself. The mirror shows me my reflection. If I fail to look at the mirror, I will not be able to know exactly how I look before leaving my house and I might end up being embarrassed outside the comfort of my house because I failed to look at the mirror. With the mirror I make adjustments, with the mirror, I make myself look good. Wow!

So mirror is this important? Then we must all be grateful to the German chemist, Justus von Liebig who in 1835 developed a process for applying a thin layer of metallic silver to one side of a pane of clear glass.
