HOW TO PRACTICE POSSIBILITY THINKING TECHNIQUES

The first technique of Possibility Thinking is: Put your problems in proper perspective.
Sure, you have problems. They may be the worst you’ve ever faced.
But chances are, they are not the worst thing that could have possibly happened.
Recognize the problem, then recognize that it could have been worse than it currently is. For example, you might have failed 2 out of 4 papers, recognize that some people failed all and therefore, be grateful for what you accomplished. Learn to look at your problems with a proper perspective.


To put your problem in perspective, do the following:
First, you need to understand that everybody has one problem or the other. Yes, even Bill Gates....one of the richest man in the world...has problems he is facing.
Nobody lives a problem-free life.
Next,


1. Ask yourself “What exactly is the problem that is stopping me from writing ICAN exam this diet”? and list them;

……..I don’t have enough money.

…….. I am not sure if I will pass sine I have failed twice.

….….I am too busy to go to lectures.

..……I don’t have time to study.

and so on and on




2. The next thing is to find out the solutions to those problems you have listed above.
