A new Radio station located in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun state is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the following roles:-

Radio Station Head
The Station manager will have a clear vision for the future of our radio station with the capability of communicating and executing that vision via hands-on leadership. He/she will be a creative thinker who generates new ideas to achieve market leadership. He/she should cultivate key client relationships and set the example as the Chief Revenue Officer for the station.
Required Skills & Experience
• Tertiary education Degree
• A minimum of 15 years of broadcast/media experience; must have 5 years of successful television and/or radio management experience
• Must have excellent organizational, leadership, and analytical skills
• Must be willing to work in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun state

Head of Marketing
The required candidate must be a goal-oriented, driven and vast marketing manager, with experience in the field of Radio broadcasting. He/She will contribute to the Company’s success by maximizing revenue potential, recruiting and developing sales talent. The required candidate must know how to motivate in today’s changing environment, can manage people and bring new ideas to generate revenue.
Requirements
B.sc, B.Ed, B.A, HND and it's equivalent
Minimum of 10 work experience in the field of broadcast marketing with notable achievements
Must be willing to work in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun state


Head of Programs
The required candidate should possess a good understanding of modern techniques for producing world-class and unique Radio content.
He/she should have a perfect understanding of how to produce programs for different classes and demographies.
Requirements
• Communication Art, Mass communication, Theatre Art, and other related fields
• Minimum of 7 active Years of Experience in Content Production
• Must be willing to work in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun state

Head of Administration/Human Resource
We're looking for a human resource administrative officer, with abilities to maximize potentials and mold them into a world-class team.
Requirements
• B. Sc. or it's equivalent in a related discipline, a Masters degree or additional courses in HR is an added advantage
• Minimum of at least 7 years’ experience in Admin/Human Resources
• Must be willing to work in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun state

OAP’S (On-Air Personalities/Radio Presenters)
We are looking for excellent Presenters with proven abilities to host and produce chart-topping programs on Radio.
Requirements
B.sc, B.A. B.ED. HND, B.Tech or equivalent in the following discipline: Theatre Art, Mass Communication, English Language, Literature-in-English, Political science, sociology, Psychology, Communication Art and any other related fields
• 1 Year Working Experience
• Experience in Radio anchoring
• Experience In News Writing
• Experience In Media
• Must be willing to work in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun state
