*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
• Aiming to maximizing profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas.
• Engaging in superior customer service by making information readily available.
• Persists in sales even in the face of failure.
• Demonstrating products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
• Scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
• Answers questions from clients.
• Making product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources.
• Finding ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
• Researching client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
• Creating a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees.
• Making product appeal to the target market.
• Making sure you meet quota during a given period.
• Demonstrating superior time management skills and meets sales Deadlines.

*EXPERIENCE:*
• 2 to 3 years of related sales experience (compulsory)
• 1 – 2 years of software/technology sales experience will be a plus.

*SKILLS:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong CRM history and capability of effectively handling web demos, executing full life cycle during sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business.
• Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly.
