The way Buhari's supporters have been mocking Atiku for losing his petition, one will wonder if we were not where we were when someone lost at the same tribunal thrice.. undecided

Its a normal trend everywhere, let's not attach it to someone's victory at the tribunal!

don't blasphem
That is blasphemy against God

I don't know the name you call it, but it's the truth. Oshodi is by far better than heaven.

Another one, if God was the president of Nigeria, Buhari would still have performed better than him grin

Is this news?

Oshodi is more beautiful than heaven. Fashola has transformed Oshodi. If God should visit there, he will not want to return to heaven again.

The news might have read stock market gains 1 trillion as Court annuls election of Buhari as president.... but we will never know. However let us celebrate small gains since this is what pleases the mediocre youth

What a Spurious mediocre analysis! The stock market closed 2.30pm whilst the tribunal proceedings was still being broadcasted as at 5.30pm yesterday. Please let's make sensible correlation and not turn everything into politics.

@ dipoolowoo I think you will be better off as a political analyst and not a stock market analyst.

Yeah! Yeah! It's normal making such comment when visiting Lagos for the first time or revisiting after a very long time

Yes, especially when returning from a xenophobic land. But to tell the truth, the civilisation of Oshodi is miles better than what we have in heaven grin

When buhari was announced the winner by inec, the opposite of this happened and pigs blamed buhari. I trust pigs, they will now give credit to investors.

A typical biased news would have read.

" Nigerian stock exchange closed at loss, gained only #52b instead of projected #60b for the close of the day"

Very typical PDP news

But you accepted it when PDP declared investors pull out in trillions the very day inec pronounced APC the winner of the election.
I think you will like the news to be read like this

" Nigerian stock exchange closed at loss, gained only #52b instead of projected #60b for the close of the day"

Congrats to you all APC supporters. This is really a great achievement for you.

However, if you know how much local investors have lost on the Nigerian stock exchange in the last couple of years you will weep for Nigerians. The stock exchange is a barometer that measures the true position of the country's economy because their is a limited barrier to entry and exit.
The current reality is that almost all the foreign investors have gone out of the market at very attractive prices. So the exchange is now on it's kneels begging for investors as stocks with very good fundamentals vis-a-vis the micro environment are so lowly priced. The challenge is actually the larger macro environment which is consistently being battered by the government leading to almost a permanent price depreciation instead of the normal up and down situation on the exchange. This should naturally give any responsible government a cause for concern. It only means any time the country is ready to solve their problems some people will see such trend and they will easily take over our major businesses because stock prices are ridiculously low.
Exchanges do not know who is a member of APC or PDP. It is just a market where prices are determined purely by the current situation and the projection about future situation about a particular stock and the larger economy.
So there is really nothing to be joyous about. Instead, we should start thinking about how we can rebuild our stock exchange.
