Both States and the federal government revenue have been dropping low while expenditures keep increase,
One major area the government at all level spends money,is the provision of car loan for to their staff.
At N500 per new car initiative,we can take the weight off the shoulder of government and give the government the opportunity to have more money to meet other obligations.
