Railway research?? To do that type of research will involve a whole institute and maybe hundreds of researchers.
Anybody who has done a PhD or attempted to do one, will tell you that such topic is impossible. Maybe in Nigerian Universities, certainly not in UK.

he didnt actually study about railways he did characterization of welds using ndt techniques more like processing images of railways lines for cracks. I think it is now a new trend, scholars pay blogs and media houses to launder their image so as to get appointment. There are many nigerians doing exactly what he did here, some have been retained here. So i wonder the hype.
