Popular Nollywood actor cum politician , Yul Edochie, has said said that Nigerians are not ready to fight for the change we want.

“As I ventured into politics, I realised that things are different from the inside. I found that many Nigerians are not ready to fight for the change we seek. Even the youth are not yet ready to come together and fight for their future. But we will keep pushing,” he said in a recent interview.

Igbere TV had reported earlier in the week that, Yul Edochie said that he needed his university degree affixed to his form when he ran for governor.

He revealed this in a tweet on Wednesday in reaction to a ruling by the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC)

Yul contested for the governorship of Anambra in 2017 as the flag bearer of the Democratic People’s Congress (DPC).

He was once an aide to Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano.

In 2018, the star actor announced his defection from the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) party to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

He was pictured with the PDP’s vice-presidential candidate, Peter Obi, at a rally for the South-East region held in Awka, Anambra State, earlier in the year.

Is he not a Nigerian? Wha5s stopping him from leading the charge?

Whenever they lose out in elections, they start looking for innocent Nigerians, struggling to earn an honest living, as sacrificial lambs for their personal projects.
