Anyway, in a way of helping to cub crimes, all hotels should be mandated to install CCTV cameras at every critical corners of their hotels.

It's illegal to have CCTV cameras inside a hotel room. It's invasion of privacy.
The main issue is, don't the hotels have records or knowledge of whom they rent their rooms to?

many do, but many don't. 80% of hotels are just looking for money in their account, they don't follow due process to lodge guest. even if they have competent staff that want to do his or her work perfect, they will sack the person and said he is chasing guest away.

What if its one very emotional and insecure psycho that's meting vengeance and fury on all the girls that has broken his heart in the past?

What if those girls ain't prostitutes? What if he lured them to the hotel by virtue of extended friendship?
What if those gals thought they where just gonna hang out at the hotel bar then he persuaded them to check his room?

After all, there are 70% dumb ladies and just 30% smart ones.

The above opinion has an "if" attached to it.

Currently as we speak, Port Harcourt is in tears as several girls have been reportedly killed by an unidentified serial killer.
The Nigerian Police Force says prostitution is what got the victims to the hotel rooms and also what got them killed.
