Apart from Lagos and Abuja, Igbo land is the costliest place to rent an apartment in Nigeria.

House rent is expensive in Enugu, for instance, considering the fact that the majority of inhabitants are civil servants. Even in small Abakaliki, house rent is still a bit costly.
