Lol. Not to brag but my connection is one of the fastest in the UK after virgin 's fibre optic internet.

There is no solution as the voice commentary runs off the disc. If it was add on, then there may be a way. Turn off the commentary then.

Anyway, I need you to answer couple of questions, do you know how to actually get online and can you see what server you are on?

Seeing that the game is not in English, you will have to navigate through a few on-screen icons to get to going online, then navigate through a few menu to retrieve an invite so as to join the person in the room.  Hence why I asked to know exactly where you are before I can give your pointers on what to do. Jesus!
