A man almost lost his life at Tonade St, Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos, after he was smacked down in broad day light. The man who is believed to be in his 30s was on Wednesday afternoon brutalized and smacked down by a mobile police officer who got reports of him stealing an Android phone in the area.
