Central Bank of Nigeria (FCT) recent cashless policy is applicable to Lagos, Ogun, Rivers, Anambra, Kano, Abia and FCT only. What is the reason, or are they the most developed states in Nigeria or states with largest cash transactions volume ?

It is not applicable to those states ONLY, rather they are pilot states. They start in those selected states then spread out...

Reason being that they are heavily industrialized states or states with major markets. These states have markets or bodies that move cash.

The idea is to start in those states and if they are able to achieve some success (despite the volume of CASH transactions in such states) then other states with fewer population and industrialization MUST adapt.

The only is only temporal. Everybody go collect last last cheesy
