I have then decided to run a 14 days non stop healthy lifestyle challenge, which will include a whole lot of daily goals to shape your personality, your daily routines, your lifetime choices to a healthier life.

The idea behind this is to help people live a longer healthier life.

Most times when we speak of having a healthy lifestyle we condition our minds to only being fit, eating balanced diets, following a strict meal plan and going to the gym as often as possible. This is more or less a myth, the fact about attaining a healthy lifestyle is based beyond just going to the gym and eating good food; it involves taking care of your well being as regards to your skin, food choices, thought process and exercise routines among other things.
