An American man identified as Steven Weber Jr died during an underwater proposal which went the other way round this week in Tanzania. Steven Weber Jr. of Baton Rouge in Louisiana who proposed to his girlfriend, Kenesha during their trip to Tanzania this week never got to hear her say "YES" as he couldn’t hold his breath long enough to list all the things he loved about her.
