Is there anyone here that rembers the lyrics to the theme song of the 90s children show titled Speak out.

The children of then have now grown into adults and we should all speak out against the government when they do wrong like illegally kidnapping Sowore and charging him for insulting the president.

Speaking out is a problem. I will make that Sowore doesn't do anything until we get to the edge when people know that it is either death or nothing. We are enjoying seriously. Fighting for people that are enjoying is a waste of time. He should just focus on his family. Nigerians are not worth dying for. Abiola did it look at where it ended. The people that didn't fight a tiny bit are the once enjoying. People like Bukola Saraki and family.

I remembered Speak Out programme on NTA every Tuesday by 5pm. That was in the 90s.

I was a member of speakout then, it used to be fun

One of the most boring programme that comes up by 4:00PM on NTA 2 Channel 5 Lagos. Worst still, the intro song "Speak Out, Speak Out, Speak Out for all to hear" will just come up from nowhere to cut short our Voltron cartoon we do watch at that time. Like I literally hated that programme then. Once the show starts with school children debating their nonsense, I and my younger brother go just carry our Kite and locate our friends to test our pilot skills on thread .
This was the period when Naija was very boring with a few channels like NTA, LTV and DBN boring our lives in Lagos. Abacha was in power by this time.
