I heard this news this morning and it sounded funny until we realised the Pta(PLA - Parent Lecturer Association) meeting had a genuine reason. It has to do with the last occurrence that led to the death of two students, Joseph Icon and Dada Kenny. May their gentle souls rest in perfect peace. These deaths will never be forgotten. The Management of the Federal University Oye Ekiti has therefore decided to have a meeting with the parents , to discuss this issue. The meeting is to hold on the 1st of October 2019 Some parents have received this mesage, while many are yet to. This post will be updated as we find more information shortly.
