Customers lament undue charges in commercial banks
*Accuse CBN of complicity in the dealings
*Demand reversals of the charges

Bank customers in Nigeria have cried out against what they term “fraudulent activities of commercial banks aimed at ripping them off.”
Some of the customers who spoke to Nigerian Pilot exclusively also alleged that “the Central Bank of Nigeria is colluding with these commercial banks to perpetrate the fraud.”
According to them, it is no more news that banks have continued to smile home with huge profits every year despite the harsh business operating environment in Nigeria.
However, the profits have been a subject of controversy due to the undue exploitation these banks have been perpetuating to fester their nest.
