against Buyer’s SBLC/BG (MT760). Within 10-14 days Seller nominates vessel, load
and sails to European Waters for Q&Q and Discharge into Buyer Tank. 8. Within 5 business working days, Seller confirms and post 2% PB to Buyer’s bank
against Buyer’s SBLC/BG (MT760). Within 10-14 days Seller nominates vessel, load
and sails to European Waters for Q&Q and Discharge into Buyer’s Tank. NB: 10-14 DAYS: This Period Involves Days For Nominating Vessel, Payment For
Charter, Securing Laycan From NNPC, Loading And Sailing To Ghana Waters Or Any
Agreed Port Within West Africa. 9. Seller’s Captain of loaded vessel send ETA/NOR to Buyer's port agent. Buyer PORT
AGENTS responds to Seller's vessel captain with the NOR acknowledgment to receive
the cargo. 10. Vessel sails to buyer port of delivery for Q&Q. Buyer’s shipping agency clears vessel
into the POD Anchorage. Seller’s captain issues Marine ATB for Buyer’s Supercargo &
Inspectors to board and confirm cargo & carry out Q&Q.

11. Q&Q analysis is conducted by Buyer's nominated inspection agency at Buyer's
expense. Inspection agency must be either SGS, Saybolt or comparable and must be
acceptable to Seller. If after 72hours upon vessel arrival and there is congestion at the
port of Discharge which thus cause delay; buyer shall bear cost of demurrage after 72
hours of vessel's announcement of arrival to disport navy or port authority. 12. Within 24-48 hours inspection Agency releases Q&Q Report and furnishes both
Buyer & Seller with copies immediately. Seller releases Full POP then Buyer Bank
confirms cargo docs even as Seller issues Commercial Invoice covering total cost of
Cargo + Commission. 13. Within 24-48 banking hours, Buyer’s bank shall transfer the total cost of cargo via
SWIFT MT103 in US dollars by KTT Wire Transfer directly to Seller's nominated bank
account, and commission to all agents account. 14. Crude oil is discharged into buyer’s tank. 15. Subsequent deliveries and roll over commences. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++
