African center on what purpose? Your country need it more than anywhere, And your region north need it more as you people complain about poverty and so on. Funny thing is while African-Americans will be trying to wear outfit that includes Africa, Dangote and co are wearing suits (in an African center!)

While I understand people's annoyance that this wasn't built in Africa, the reality remains that America is the center stage on the world and if you want to promote Africa it makes a lot of sense to do it there.
