Pls guys and 32 . I have been smoking actively since 96' Ive tried to stop . No way, I smoke nuttin less than 7 sticks a day. Any recommendations?

One question for the poster do you have a job yet? Nicotine is an addictive substance (drug I better put it), thus very hard to withdraw from, but all you need do is to gradually withdraw, you can start taking Nicotine chewing gum. or smoking E-Cigarette. Cigarette taking poses lot of threat to human health, bad part is that they bring chronic disease as the tars and toxins from the smoke build up gradually over time and affect lungs and other sensitive organ prematurely. thereby bringing death closer than it should.
