Job Descriptions

Setting up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and food scales
Studying each recipe and gathering all necessary ingredients
Cooking food in a timely manner.
Requirements

Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
Candidate must be fluent in English 
Minimum of 30 years of age.
Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers, micro wave, blenders)
Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques
Must be able to cook native soups such oha, Afang, bitter leaf soup e.t.c
Ability to make finger chops and juice is a plus
