A renown Telecom company urgently needs an Administrative Executive with the following responsibilities.

Job Requirements/ Work content:
1. Respond quickly and complete PO reception in time;
2. Monitor the PO acceptance status and remind the supplier to upload the invoice until the payment is completed;
3. Payment of account book maintenance;
4. Monthly analysis of the use of each module fee and publicity;
5. Other tasks that the leadership confesses.

Skill requirements:
1. Familiar with office software;
2. Must have a financial background
3. Bsc/HND in accounting/finance
4. Very good with numbers/calculations
5. Good communication and can work in a fast paced environment.
