Our company is in need of personnel for the following job roles at one of her locations:

*only residents within Oshodi/Isolo in Lagos are required to apply.

1. office assistant

TYPE: Full Time (Contract Employment)
PERIOD: 1 year, subject to renewal based on performance.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or SSCE cert. with minimum of 5 credits in English and Maths (in any social science, humanities or science discipline).
2. Computer skill is required, especially in the use of office and internet applications.
3. At least 6 months work experience in any organisation.
4. Good communication, reading and writing skills
5. Willing to participate in field operations such as client meeting and product sourcing from time to time
6. Willing to learn and of good behaviour.

RESPONSIBILITES
1. Ensures good sanitation of office area.
2. Prompt response to client enquiries, requests or orders, including complaints handling.
3. Preparing periodic performance reports and compilation of relevant compliance documents for vendor registration and regulatory purposes.
4. Product price verification and monitoring
5. Preparing minutes of meetings as the need arises
6. Providing support to field officers as far as supplies and marketing activities are concerned.
7. Any other duties assigned by Director, HSEQ and Communications.

WORK HOURS: 9am – 5pm (Mondays – Fridays)




2. sales officer

TYPE: Full Time (Contract Employment)
PERIOD: 6 months, subject to renewal based on performance.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or SSCE cert. with minimum of 5 credits in English and Maths (in any social science, humanities or business discipline).
2. Computer skill is required, especially in the use of office and internet applications.
3. At least 6 months sales experience in any organisation.
4. Good communication, reading and writing skills
5. Strong selling and negotiating abilities
6. Customer friendly disposition
7. Willing to learn and of good behaviour.
RESPONSIBILITES
1. Client prospecting and customer engagement
2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and existing customers.
3. Prepares bi-monthly sales performance report
4. Participates in meetings, knowledge sharing sessions and field operations.
5. Any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
WORK HOURS: 9am – 5pm (Mondays – Fridays)
