Any child who requires rehabilitation should be taken to the appropriate places duly recognized by the government for control purposes. Psychiatric hospitals, psychologists, social welfare departments, orphanages etc In some cases, the children only need to be reconciled with their parents to be shown love so they can grow up with positive values.
