Forbes have released their annual list of Hip Hop highest-paid acts for 2019. Guess who tops the list? You guessed right, Kanye West!

The G.O.O.D Music boss and fashion entrepreneur earned the highest to top Forbes list in 2019. Kanye West for the first time topped his mentor Jay Z with a $69 million gap after the latter came in second place with earnings of $81 million.

The youngest female to appear on the list is 26-year-old Cardi B after she earned $28 million in the year in review. Other names on the list are Drake, Diddy, Eninem etc.

20. Pitbull ($18 million)
Armando Christian Pérez, known professionally as Pitbull, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. Pérez initially began his career in the early 2000s, recording reggaeton, latin hip hop and crunk music under a multitude of labels. In 2004, Pitbull released his debut album M.I.A.M.I.

19. Wiz Khalifa ($18.5 million)
Cameron Jibril Thomaz, known professionally as Wiz Khalifa, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter and actor. He released his debut album, Show and Prove, in 2006, and signed to Warner Bros. Records in 2007.

18. Nas ($19 million)
Nasir bin Olu Dara Jones, known professionally as Nas, is an American rapper, songwriter, entrepreneur and investor. The son of jazz musician Olu Dara, Nas has released eight consecutive platinum and multi-platinum albums and has sold over 30 million records worldwide.

17. Future ($19.5 million)
Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn (born November 20, 1983), known professionally as Future, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Wilburn first became involved in music as part of the Dungeon Family collective, where he was nicknamed "the Future".

16. Birdman ($20 million)
Bryan Christopher Williams, known by his stage name Birdman, is an American rapper, record executive and entrepreneur. He is the co-founder and public face of Cash Money Records which he founded with his older brother Ronald "Slim" Williams in 1992.

15. Meek Mill ($21 million)
Robert Rihmeek Williams, known professionally as Meek Mill, is an American rapper, songwriter, and activist. Raised in Philadelphia, he embarked on his music career as a battle rapper, and later formed a short-lived rap group, The Bloodhoundz.

14. Swizz Beatz ($23 million)
Kasseem Dean, known professionally as Swizz Beatz, is an American hip hop recording artist, DJ, record producer, art collector, and entrepreneur from New York City. Born and raised in The Bronx, Dean began his musical career as a disc jockey.

13. Cardi B ($28 million)
Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, known professionally as Cardi B, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and television personality. Born in Manhattan and raised in The Bronx, New York City, she became an internet celebrity after several of her posts and videos became viral on Vine and Instagram.

12. Nicki Minaj ($29 million)
Onika Tanya Maraj, known professionally as Nicki Minaj, is a Trinidad and Tobago-born rapper and pop singer. Born in Saint James, Port of Spain, and raised in Queens, New York City, she gained public recognition after releasing the mixtapes Playtime Is Over, Sucka Free, and Beam Me Up Scotty.

11. J. Cole ($31 million)
Jermaine Lamarr Cole is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. Born on a military base in Germany but raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Cole initially gained recognition as a rapper following the release of his debut mixtape, The Come Up, in early 2007.

10. Childish Gambino ($35 million)
Donald McKinley Glover Jr. is an American actor, comedian, writer, producer, director, musician, and DJ. He performs music under the stage name Childish Gambino and as a DJ under the name mcDJ.


9. Migos ($36 million)
Migos is an American hip hop group from Lawrenceville, Georgia, founded in 2008. They are composed of three rappers known by their stage names Takeoff, Offset and Quavo.

Kendrick Lamar Duckworth is an American rapper, songwriter, and record producer. He is regarded as one of the most skillful and successful hip hop artists of his generation.

7. DJ Khaled ($40 million)
Khaled Mohamed Khaled, better known as DJ Khaled, is an American DJ, record executive, songwriter, record producer and media personality. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Khaled first gained prominence as a radio host in the 1990s on Miami hip hop station 99 Jamz.

6. Eminem ($50 million)
Marshall Bruce Mathers III, known professionally as Eminem, is an American rapper, songwriter, record producer, record executive, film producer, and actor. He is consistently cited as one of the greatest and most influential rappers of all time and was labeled the "King of Hip Hop" by Rolling Stone magazine. 

5. Travis Scott ($58 million)
Jacques Berman Webster II, known professionally as Travis Scott, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer. In 2012, Scott signed his first major-label deal with Epic Records.

4. Diddy ($70 million)
Sean John Combs, also known by the stage names Puff Daddy, P. Diddy, Puffy or Diddy, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, record executive, actor and entrepreneur. Combs was born in New York City but was raised in Mount Vernon, New York.

3. Drake ($75 million)
Aubrey Drake Graham is a Canadian rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, actor, and businessman. Drake gained recognition as an actor on the teen drama television series Degrassi: The Next Generation in the early 2000s.
