this Forum is an avenue where we can meet and play scrabble and chess in an open place on weekend.

It would be nice to hang out on a saturday or sunday and just play scrabble or chess with real people am tired of playing online an playing with apps.


and also it would be nice to socialize and meet new people....

Playing with apps is not always bad though

And some of these versions have onine multiplayer mode where you can play against real human beings but just online.

I love the online chess games too . My favorite is Chess Time - Multi Player Chess on www.ahagamecenter.com, it even has in-game chat and leader board by rating & country

1. Socialise
2. Build a new network of like minds
3. Maybe build a team to represent Ìkòròdú or Lagos or Nigeria or Africa at world tournaments...and that's big

Don't get me wrong the apps are fine. I play scrabble online too. And sometimes I cheat. But there is this trill about playing with someone physically and making jest while playing...hv you been where elders are playing draft? Then you will get my drift
