I am interested in buying a flat in one of the Jakande estates in Isolo, upon my findings at LBIC which handles the sales of all Jakande estates, I was given a payment schedule(attached). Now my question is the amount I am to pay for stamp duty was not stated, while the fees Buyer and Seller has to pay was clearly stated. How much is stamp duty when buying a property? The value of the property is #5m, I need to know the stamp duty cost so I could get a picture of the total amount I need to acquire the property. Thank you my able learned Agents and Lawyers.
