FRONT DESK OFFICER (HFML/07/06)

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the ideal candidate will be aged below 30 years and possess a university degree in French, German, the Arts or Social Sciences. Ability to communicate fluently (written and oral) in the English Language and in one or more modern European language(s) is a major prerequisite.

Key responsibilities of the position include:
Management of the company's front office
Efficient management and routing of the telecommunication traffic
Efficient management of inquiries and customer interfacing

The ideal candidate should of pleasant personality and have one to two years' experience in position that has regular interface with the public.
